Fan heaters with 2,000 watts consumption room heaters are monsters. They consume so much electricity and it will costs a fortune to run. Air is passed through the hot ceramic coil and pushed out with the help of fan. It is just hot air. So if you switch it off after some time, within half hour your room once again gets hot. Avoid these convection room heaters as much as possible.
